More. Fuck us harder.

His feet were braced on the bed, with Wyatt pumping between them. Fiona was squeezing him so tight it was close to pain, but he never wanted it to stop. She kissed him, turning her head to kiss Wyatt in turn, all the while making sounds that were driving him closer and closer to the edge.

When she lowered her head to his chest, he opened his eyes to see Wyatt’s face, dripping with sweat and so close to his he could feel every panting breath. Blue eyes dropped to his lips and then met his gaze again.

Thoreau licked his lips as their measured rhythm surged, knowing he was pushing but unable to stop himself. Everything felt good. Everything felt right.

Fiona lifted her head and moaned. “I’m so close. I can feel you both fucking me and I’m so close. Can you feel him against you, Wyatt?”

Wyatt’s lashes fluttered and his hips slammed against them. “Yes.”

“Do you like it?” she gasped, running her hands over her sensitive breasts as they bounced lightly above him.

“Yes, I like it.”

Thoreau ran his own hand over her chest, cupping her breast before pulling her down for a deep, tongue-tangling kiss. “I like it too,” he said. “I can feel him fucking you, his cock sliding over mine and making you tighter. I didn’t think you could get any tighter.”

A warning rumble from Wyatt’s throat was all they got before he changed the force of his thrusts. Faster. Harder.

Yes, fuck, do it harder. Fuck us harder.

Thoreau felt her coming and couldn’t hold back anymore. Everything he was poured into her. Everything inside him emptied out and filled up with something new. Something he’d never known he wanted.

Forever. He wanted this forever. This connection. This ecstatic piece of Glory.

Fiona and Wyatt. They were his one.

Waynes always knew.

He wasn’t sure how long he lay there caressing Fiona’s back before he realized she was asleep and Wyatt was gone. He’d heard the water in the bathroom a few minutes before, felt him cleaning her, kissing her. But then he’d left the room again and hadn’t come back.

When Thoreau rolled Fiona onto her side, she smiled, lifting her lashes long enough to look at him. “Love you.”

“Love you, too. Do you need anything? A drink?”

She closed her eyes on a hum and shook her head. “Go check on Wyatt,” she suggested sleepily. “I’ll be here when you get back.”

She would, he knew. She didn’t look like the idea of running was even crossing her mind. He wanted to shout in victory and beat his damn chest.

Fiona was his. Theirs. And she wasn’t going anywhere.

Thoreau made sure she was covered with his blanket, then tugged on his boxers before stopping off in the bathroom. He found Wyatt sitting at the kitchen table. He was eating a slice of pizza and staring at the three-pack.

“I’m starving,” Thoreau said, walking in and casually lifting a now-cold slice from the box. “You two distracted me before I could eat the rest of my dinner.”

Wyatt nodded, glancing up at him as he sat down and started to eat. “I was just thinking about this team of ours…”

Thoreau forced his heartrate to slow.

“Yeah?”

“Yeah.” Wyatt picked up the bottle of Fiona’s Cream Ale and looked at it in the light. “I was wondering what the next phase would be. If we wanted to keep moving forward with the plan.”

Thoreau set down his pizza and stared at Wyatt Finn intently. “Do you want to move forward?”

“Fiona does,” he responded quickly before laughing self-consciously. “Yes. I’d like to move forward, too.”

Thoreau didn’t want to get ahead of himself, but he couldn’t help the smile blooming on his face. “Then the next phase is easy. I own this building, you know. It doesn’t have to be two separate apartments. Walls were meant to be torn down, in my opinion.”

Wyatt’s lips quirked, but Thoreau could see the relief in his eyes. “That might be a good idea. There’s a baby coming, in case you missed it.”

“Trust me, I did not miss that.” He hesitated. “You think you can handle what’s coming next? Other people knowing about this? About us?”

“Someone told me that labels didn’t matter. Not right or wrong. Not gay or straight. Not just one man for just one woman. If anyone would understand that, it would be my family. The guys at the firehouse too. They’ve all met Rory.”

Thoreau watched him, stunned, as he picked up the bottle of Thor’s hammer and popped open the lid. “I haven’t tried this one yet.”

“Are you saying what I think—”

“We’ll go slow,” Wyatt said, a small warning in his tone. “But we’ll do it together.”

Thoreau reminded himself to breathe. He’d planned all of this out but Wyatt kept surprising him. “You know you’ve skipped to phase five in a single conversation.”
