He blinked open eyes to find Charlie’s expression harsh, his features stark in his concentration even though pleasure and strain were vibrating through his frame. So beautiful. All his. Forever.

“I love you,” Will whispered.

Charlie’s eyes widened as if he’d not expected Will to say that. He grinned and thrust even harder, picking up the pace. “I love you too.”

But Will barely heard it. There was only the racing of blood in his ears and the slap of their bodies. The orgasm crashed over him suddenly, muscles clamping on Charlie so that his lover cried out at the same time. The world whited out for a second and Will swore his heart jerked to a stop, but none of it mattered as everything spasmed in scorching pleasure.

Seconds later, Charlie lowered Will’s legs to the mattress and collapsed on top of him, sweaty and panting. Some part of his brain warned him that everything was going to hurt later, but right now, he was floating on a warm river of rapturous delight. Nothing else mattered except for the man whose heart was thudding against his own.

“Baby,” Charlie exhaled. “Sex with you is gonna kill me.”

His smile felt crooked on his lips, but he was still trying to get his body to work again after that orgasm. Things definitely got fried in his brain with that one. “We…we could stop,” he suggested.

Charlie snorted and turned his head to playfully bite on Will’s collarbone. “Not a fucking chance.”

“Thank God.”

Several minutes ticked by as Charlie gathered enough energy to at least deal with the condom before it leaked everywhere. They wiped off with a T-shirt from the floor and then cuddled together in the bed, their hearts finally coming down from their impromptu marathon.

Will was just starting to doze with Charlie spooning him. One arm was under his head while the other was draped across his waist.

“So, you really want to join my team? Be our resident medic?” Charlie inquired. Will didn’t miss the forced casual tone. The undercurrent of worry and tension was so easy to pick out. Or maybe he was getting better at reading this man, trusting his instincts when it came to Charlie as he let go of old fears and insecurities.

“You got an opening?” Will replied playfully, his mind instantly coming online.

“We do. We definitely need a doc who is good under pressure, has a cool head, and solid knowledge of weird injuries. Probably wouldn’t hurt to have a good sense of humor and lots of patience.”

Will turned in Charlie’s arms to lie flat on his back while staring up at his lover. “Sounds like I’d be a damn good fit.”

“I can guarantee the pay will be a hell of a lot better than what you’re making now.”

His eyebrows jumped toward his hairline. That was something he’d not even thought about, despite really needing to. His only concern was sticking close to Charlie and not letting him get away a second time.

Charlie threw his head back and laughed. “Did you seriously think you weren’t getting paid for being our doctor?”

“Payment hadn’t even crossed my mind.”

Leaning forward, Charlie grabbed his lips in a quick, searing kiss. “Yes, you’ll get paid, and what you deserve for your skills. Don’t worry about that. We recently made a tidy sum on that job we helped Soren and Alexei with, so we all get paid a fair wage for our insanity. I’ll take care of you, baby.”

“I know you will. I never doubted that.”

“We all vote on which jobs we take. Everyone gets an equal voice. If it’s not unanimous, we don’t do it. After that, I’m the lead and everyone listens to me. Follows my orders.”

He liked that. He liked everything about that. An equal voice, but at the same time, Charlie was watching out to keep them all safe.

“Do the guys have to vote on whether to let me join the group?”

Charlie smirked and pressed a sweet kiss to the tip of Will’s nose. “Baby, they voted days ago. They’ve been on my ass to get you locked down before someone else stole you away.”

Will giggled and closed his eyes. “There is zero chance of that happening. You’re stuck with me now.”

“Not stuck,” Charlie whispered as he cuddled him close. “Never stuck. You are my everything.”

Will drifted off to sleep, a smile playing on his lips. He was home at last.

Now he just had to figure out how to deal with his one last secret.

CHARLIE SANDS

A week later, Charlie found himself crouched beside some bushes while staring at an enormous house more than six hours outside of Buenos Aires, with a sickening feeling of déjà vu. However, the big difference between infiltrating Benicio’s house and this place was the fact that they’d spent nearly five days watching the secluded home. They felt confident that they knew the nightly routine of the occupants, the number of guards and their routes, and even had a strong handle on the security system.
