Those two men would serve up ecstasy on a platter from hell.

“Come on.” Kai smiled. “Lemme show you around.” They headed left, passing The District’s most popular bar.

Breck regarded it and then looked at Kai. “The Den? Like for lions and foxes?” His smirk was playful.

Kai chuckled. “Sure, let’s go with that.” He’d certainly seen plenty of silver foxes inside. And if lions were known for stalking their prey, then some of those were prowling around in there, too.

Breck peered inside as they walked past the entrance, only to slow a second later with an incredulous gawk. “Are those two guys—”

“Yes,” Kai laughed, pulling him along.

Breck shot him a look of alarm. “Right out in public?”

Kai shrugged. “Most people here don’t really care.”

They passed a nightclub next, beams of color slicing frenetically through the darkness, synced up perfectly with the music’s beat.

“The Castle.” Breck grinned. “Sounds right up my alley.”

Kai smirked. “Maybe we’ll stop by in a bit.”

He led Breck toward the strip joint next. Temptation. And it was certainly that in spades, its dancers some of the most renowned on the entire east coast. Guys who could move their bodies like nobody’s business. Wearing the scantest high-dollar costumes for an even scanter amount of time. Working the poles and the patrons’ wallets, then working their laps after exiting the stage.

Breck’s eyes flashed as he stared inside. “Damn… Those guys are like… seriously skilled.”

Kai nodded. He wasn’t wrong. And yet, Kai would rather look at him. Those men inside were beautiful, but Breck was exquisite.

Rounding the bend, he led them back along the other side. Which, truth be told, took some navigating. The place was packed and sometimes trails needed to be blazed. Patrons bumped them as they made their way through. Sometimes absently, but oftentimes with intent. At The District, passive-aggressive contact was most definitely a thing.

Breck shot a few scowls the times he’d been jarred too roughly, but overall did well at keeping his composure. Kai suspected Breck sensed their underlying motives. Most were flirting, not declaring superiority. But in a manner men only exhibited with other men. Something Kai imagined Breck wasn’t exactly used to. Such open displays of homosexual verve. Nevertheless, Breck was managing it rather impressively, considering his situation.

A moment later, they arrived at The Vortex, which was neither a bar, nor a strip joint, nor a club. Breck curiously peered inside, but all one could see was the modest lobby, its ambiance akin to that of The Matrix movies. Futuristic. Innovative. With a splash of grunge. Several patrons stood in high-tech booths, the sign-in stations to get their generated key cards. At which point, staff members escorted them down a low-lit corridor.

“What is this place?” Breck asked, still staring.

“Virtual reality.”

Wait for it…

Breck’s head whipped around. “No way.” He searched Kai’s face. “As in, like, for sex?”

“If that’s what they want.” Kai shrugged. “Why not. Over three hundred simulated experiences. New ones added every week.”

“Oh my God,” Breck uttered in awe, his expression like a kid on Christmas. “That’s so fucking wrong,” he laughed. “And yet, totally sick.”

Kai nodded in agreement, amused. “Maybe tomorrow night, after my exhibit.”

Breck slid his gaze back to the venue. When he spoke again, his timbre had dropped. “Can more than one person play together?”

Kai’s dick stirred at the underlying question. Breck wanted VR sex with him.

“Yes. Up to eleven players.”

Breck’s lips curved. “Damn… That’s fucking insane.”

Kai chuckled. “Uh huh. Now keep moving.” He suddenly wanted this tour done so they could have some fun.

Bangers was next, the District’s exceedingly popular sub-club, its BDSM theme impossible to miss amongst the tables and chairs. Lots of leather. Tons of chains. Even some interesting contraptions. Shackles bolted onto every piece of furniture. Floggers like art on the walls.

Breck regarded the place with a quiet apprehension.

“What’s wrong?” Kai murmured next to his ear. “After everything you’ve let me do to you, you’re suddenly wary of bondage?”

Breck turned to Kai and tamped a sheepish smile. “You use rope, though. It seems different somehow.”

And while Breck didn’t consciously understand why, he was right. Rope was different in Kai’s opinion. Passion woven intimately with the act of creation. Connection made manifest via a work of art. Breck had picked up on the beauty of Kai’s bondage whether he realized it or not.

They reached the lower level’s final destination. The Garden. A jungle restaurant reminiscent of prehistoric times. Hanging vines. Lush plants. Looming trees. Lean, virile waiters dressed in loincloth attire. Very different from the District’s other venues, yet just as erotic, humming with the energies of seductive, primal instinct. Beckoning the mind and body to come and sate its most basic cravings. Savory food. Heady mead. Pliant bodies. The latter on the menu too, should a customer play his cards just right.

Most servers could be persuaded to go the extra mile. Kai had witnessed many a man sweet-talking his waiter under the table. Or onto it, just as often, for an impromptu appetizer. Some could even be cajoled into riding their customer’s cocks. Thanks to that Tarzan garb, every inch of them was easily accessible.
