“Who’s this pretty thing?” he asked, motioning to me.

“This is my boy, Jordan. Say hello to Daddy’s friend.”

That was his way of claiming me, I thought, of making sure everyone knew that while he called this man Sir, he dominated me and I belonged to him. “Hello, Sir. Nice to meet you.”

“Aren’t you a good little thing,” he replied, and I blushed. “Can I touch him?” he asked.

David’s eyes caught mine, maybe to judge my reaction. When he saw what he was looking for, he replied, “Just his face and neck, please,” giving this man permission to touch me. Maybe that should’ve bothered me, but it didn’t because I knew I could say red, or if David had seen any trepidation in me, he wouldn’t have said yes.

He reached out and cupped my face. “I have a feeling you’re fun. Do you share him?”

My heart sped up. While he was hot and I liked people to watch me, I didn’t want anyone else to touch me. I wanted to belong to Ian and David. We’d said we would be exclusive, and I wanted to keep that.

“No, I don’t. I’ve found myself committed to two boys—Jordan and Ian.”

“No shit?”

“Life is funny sometimes.”

The man nodded. “Well, let me know if you need me for anything.”

“Thank you, Sir,” David replied. “I appreciate that, but we’re good.”

David took me by the hand then, and led me through the store. I did have a question, but I wasn’t sure how to ask. “I know you’re mostly a Dom, but…you do submit. Obviously, you submit to him, but if we’re committed and you need that, where will you get it?”

“I’m hoping Ian. I know he enjoyed what he did with you.”

“You’ll want to submit to Ian?” Wow…I hadn’t expected that. I figured when he did it, he would choose someone like Aidan or the bear behind us.

“If he’s interested. When we first started this, I gave him some sites to read. I think we’ll match well. Being a Dom isn’t about being older or bigger than a sub. Ian is more submissive than he thought, but he has that dominant streak. I’m a Dominant with a rare submissive streak. I think I would quite enjoy losing myself to Ian.”

“I think I’d love to watch that.”

David laughed. I could see it more now, though. Ian had questions, but he’d been good with me when we played around that way. It wasn’t the same as with David, but when Ian spoke, I wanted to listen.

David picked out a cock cage, a variety of butt plugs, and some sexy lacy lingerie. It wasn’t until we were back in the car that he said, “I know you don’t want to serve in household chores the way Finley does, but I’d like you to bake for us at least once a week. You can choose when, and I’d like you to pick a new recipe each time.”

My pulse raced with excitement. “I like that. I already know what I want to make first. I love your kitchen.”

“Good boy. And if there’s anything you need for the kitchen—cooking utensils or better brands or anything else—make a list, and we’ll get them.”

Maybe it was a small thing to some people, or hell, maybe it wasn’t. I just knew it meant a lot to me. David meant a lot to me, and not because he was spending money on me, but because he wanted me to be happy. “Thank you, Daddy. You really are the best.”

“You don’t have to thank me for that, kitten. I like seeing you smile and watching you grow. I’d also like you to at least look into some local culinary programs. It’s not something you have to do. This is your life and your career, but I think you should leave your options open. Do some research. See what we have local. You might find that it’s what you really want to do.”

The thing was, I had a feeling he was right, but I never would have given myself permission to consider it before David. I didn’t know why. It was still a career, I would still have a degree. But more than that, thinking of last night and the past couple of months, the way he made me feel, the way both he and Ian did… “I think I love you.” David veered into the other lane, and a car honked at him as he corrected it. I kept going. “Not just for what you do for me, but for what you do for Ian. Is that possible? To also love someone for what they do for someone else? You know what? It is. I know it is, and I know I do. I love you, for your heart, and that’s what I see, what I feel when you take care of me, when you take care of Ian. And I love him too, so yeah, just in case you were curious, that’s where I am.”
