“A lift? I thought I was kinda perky?” That was another lie. She knew her boobs sagged a little and didn’t give a fraction of a fuck, but she was determined to sit there and act insecure about herself, play the role to the hilt.

“Well, it’s not terrible, but you have what we call a Grade 1 Ptosis, which is mild sagging.”

“Oh, okay. That sounds serious.”

“No, no, not at all, but it can advance. Your nipples are level with your inframammary fold.” He placed his hands around her waist, then moved upward with a firm grip. “As you age, with weight fluctuations, maybe pregnancy and hormonal changes occurring, they will continue to fall. Going from a C to a DD is pretty minor as far as surgery is concerned, and definitely do-able. We’ll just correct all of it at the same time.” She nodded in understanding as he looked back down at his notes. “You’re thirty-three, correct?”

“Yes.”

“No children? Pregnancies?”

“No… no.”

He nodded and continued scanning her chart on the tablet.

“So, what do you do for a living, Ms. Cathdale?”

“I’m a dancer at a gentlemen’s club. You came highly recommended.”

His eyes lit up… and a slick, nasty grin creased his face.

“I see… May I ask who recommended me?”

“Angel Dust, Pink Daisy, and Field of Dreams.”

He kept on smiling and nodding, though she knew he was simply playing along, not certain who these women were.

“Well, let’s get down to business. There are four types of implants we work with.” He cleared his throat. “I am the best breast augmentation surgeon in Colorado, Ms. Cathdale, and I know it may sound rather conceited, but my work speaks for itself.” He got up, snatched a black booklet off a table, and handed it to her. “Look at those while I talk to you.” She thumbed through it, looking at before and after tit pictures. “So, as I was saying, there are four major types of breast augmentation surgery. There are saline implants, which tend to have a minimum amount of medical obstacles. For a more natural look though, there are the tried and true silicone implants. Then, the fairly new type are the gummy bear implants.”

“Gummy bear?” She gave a high-pitched giggle. “Like the candy?”

“Yes. Just like the candy.” He set the tablet down and took hold of one of her breasts, squeezing and rubbing it as he spoke. Chills ran up and down her spine as she noticed an erection print in the front of his pants, one that wasn’t there just minutes earlier. “Gummy bear implants are ideal if you want the volume that saline provides, with the natural shape and feel that silicone gives. Finally, the last option is fat grafting. That’s basically taking fat from one location and placing it another—in many cases, taking from one’s rear end and placing it in the breast area.”

He leaned down, his hair almost brushing against her breasts as he examined her more closely. His cold hands turned warm from repeated contact with her skin, and balmy breath escaped his nostrils each time he exhaled. He seemed to be practically salivating… lips parted… no words coming out… Just touching. Squeezing. Manipulating and massaging. At one point, he was skimming the pads of his thumbs over her nipples. Around and around.

She looked down at him as his touch went from doctor-patient to perverse, and studied his hair, his scalp, the silver and gray strands dotting his thick brows. He smelled like chocolate and musk cologne, mixed with cool aftershave. His hands were massive, the fingers swollen, and his lips were bright pink and thin, in a natural downward curve. His brown eyes glowed as he pushed his fingers deeper into the tissue of her breasts, then clutched her nipples. His body was now much closer to hers, as he pressed his erection against her knee. She eventually locked eyes with him and he cleared his throat again, then stood straight, shoving his hands into the pockets of his jacket.

“You have good breast density. I check for things like that. I have a recommendation. I think you’d be a good candidate for the saline implants.” She went on to listen to his explanation, nodding at just the right times and laughing hard when he’d crack a joke. She cocked her head to the side and flirted a bit, reeling him in. Making him feel at ease. When it was all over, she tugged at the vest, covering herself.

“So, I will follow up with Rachele, right? And then we’ll get the surgery scheduled?”

“Yes. In the meantime, we’re going to schedule a blood draw this week. You said you don’t smoke, but I just want to emphasize: don’t start now,” he stated with a chuckle, and she followed suit. “Don’t take any pain medication like aspirin or ibuprofen at least forty-eight hours before the surgery because it can cause excessive bleeding. This’ll all be in writing though, once we draw closer to the date.” His eyes rested on her breasts, and stayed there for way too long.
