Maybe Yev could be reasoned with after all?

Radek bit his lip. What the hell? He could always dismiss any adverse reactions by saying he was drunk and joking around. “I know this one freckled ginger guy. He is such a slut. Your dick would love his throat.”

Yev froze, a monumental presence above Radek’s kneeling form. There was a faint change to his scent, a drop of blood in a pond, but Radek could still sense its aroma. “What?”

Jan always laughed that Radek could’ve been used as a gay detector. It was hard to explain, but he could sense it if men were attracted to him, and it went beyond what people called a gaydar. He could smell their arousal. So yes, he’d dare.

He licked his lips. “I’m saying you’re really handsome, Mr. Forest Ranger.”

Yev’s nostrils flared, and he leaned that bit forward, as if he were about to place his hand on Radek’s head, but then his brows lowered, and he hauled him up, back into the vehicle. “I don’t fuck drunk idiots.”

“How about sober idiots?” Radek grinned, increasingly amused by this interaction now that they were away from the creepy naked man and the wolves.

But he only got the door slammed in his face in answer.

Chapter 3 – Yev

Yev didn’t fuck drunks.

He would not fuck a drunk.

He would not.

Even when said drunk smelled as if he’d taken part in an orgy moments before they’d first met in the depths of the forest, in a place no human should have been. He’d been following Burian, of course, and the idiot ran straight to the hut instead of taking a different route to throw the boy off his track.

Nothing could be done about it now, but Yev hoped the snow would cover the footprints until tomorrow, so Radek couldn’t find their secret spot again.

Yev huffed and glanced to the passenger seat, battling unwanted arousal.

Radek’s damp hair was liquid gold cascading to a bare chest that seemed so cold Yev itched to lick it like a Popsicle. But if he got close, if he tasted the pale nipples, the temptation would have been too great. And he would have devoured that sexy, snotty, drunk boy.

He was better than that.

The little asshole didn’t seem afraid anymore, content enough to be in the seat despite the handcuffs Yev had put on him, even if his lips were pouty like a bratty five-year-old’s. Only Radek wasn’t a kid. He looked at least twenty and smelled of cum.

Yev clenched the steering wheel and turned his eyes back to the narrow road, because the trees were growing far too close to its edges to let his attention slip. The sooner he got rid of the kid, the better.

“I don’t think you took the right turn,” the ginger menace said and raised his eyebrows. Every bit of the skin on show was covered in dark freckles, and it instantly made Yev think of those bits that were not visible. Were there reddish dots on his thighs too? On his buttocks? His cock? Yev’s brain was so overwhelmed by the scent of sex, of pure lust, that he found it increasingly difficult to drive in a straight line. It was as if the slender body in the other seat produced fumes that made oxygen scarce, and would continue until Yev gave in to temptation, no longer capable of thinking straight.

And Radek’s eyes. They were a wonderful golden color that he’d never before seen in a human face, so big under the long lashes. And those pale yet plump lips that had been offered so freely…

So entitled. So confident in his charms.

He deserved to be bent over the seat and fucked into submission.

Oh, how Yev would have loved to come inside him, rub against him, until the scent of all the others was no longer recognizable.

It only then occurred to him why the boy kept watching him. He’d asked a question Yev had ignored. “What was that?”

“I’m asking whether you know where you’re going.”

“Of course I do. It’s my forest!”

The boy raised his eyebrows. “Your forest? I wouldn’t go that far. But if you’re driving to the police station, you took the wrong turn. Are these handcuffs really necessary?”

They weren’t exactly law enforcement grade and a strong man could have freed himself of them with no issue. Yev used them with lovers sometimes, and that fact fueled his unwanted fantasies. If he stopped now, in the middle of the woods, and helped himself to that lovely mouth clutching at the red-gold mane, no one would have found out he’d broken the rules. No one would know but him. And Radek.

“You literally pointed a rifle at my chest, so yes, it is necessary, you drunk brat!”

“But you took it away. It’s not like I can shoot you with my hands.” He sighed deeply, as if Yev was the unreasonable one. “You know my name and where I live. I’m easy to find, and promise to never point guns at people, okay? Just take me home,” he said as if Yev was his chauffeur.
