“You changed me,” I said quietly as I let my head fall back. “Aren’t you tired?” I asked with a wicked smile after a few moments of us just standing in each other’s presence. I placed the violin down and turned to her.

“I am and I’m hurting, thanks to you,” she pouted.

“Hurting?” I stifled a smile, knowing I made sure she knew I was inside her.

“Don’t you dare laugh,” she said as she slapped my chest. I grabbed her and pulled her in.

“Why not? I'm glad you’re hurting. Look, it’s not my fault I'm big,” I shrugged. Her jaw dropped.

“I can’t believe you said that. You’re not that big.” She rolled her eyes.

“Yes, I am, but look at it this way, it belongs to you.” I winked.

“You’re an asshole,” she scoffed.

“I know.” I leaned down and kissed her forehead.

“So what’s on the agenda for today, Mr. Evans?” Addie said as she walked over to the bed and wrapped the sheets around her. Fuck, I wanted to see her naked on our bed. Stupid sheets.

“The sheets, I want them gone,” I said gruffly as I headed over to her. She shook her head, rolled her eyes, and took them off.

“Well, what did you have planned?” she asked again.

“I have to go to London.” I lay down next to her hand, took her arm and tugged her down so she could be closer to me.

“London?”

“Yes. Some complications.” I propped my head up onto my hand and looked down at her.

“What kind of complications?” she asked.

I didn’t want to tell her, not that I was lying or hiding anything, but my business life I wanted it separate from her. I didn’t want that shitty part of my days to be associated with my Addie.

“Daimon?”

“The merger in London…” I hesitated, but her eyes told me I better keep going. “It got kind of messy. I fired the two who ran the original firm I bought, and put my own guy in. Now they’re taking me to court.” I played with her beautifully soft hair.

“Is it serious?” she asked, her face filled with concern.

“No, beloved. Even if they win, which they won’t, I only pay them a bigger settlement. Either way, I still make money.” I laughed and winked.

“How long are you going for?” I heard in her voice, that guarded sadness was still there. Fuck, I had hoped that it was gone by now.

“For about a week, maybe more,” I said as I watched her intently, continuing to play with her hair.

“Oh,” she murmured her face seemingly not too happy.

Fuck, I knew how she felt. After only a night together, I was leaving again. I didn’t want to part from her either…fuck it. “Addie, come with me.”

“What? Really? You never wanted me involved in your business trips,” she said hesitantly.

“That was then. Now I want you there. If I can find some free time, maybe we can do some sightseeing and just spend time together. Look, Addie, I know you want to travel and experience the world. But you have to understand my job doesn’t allow me that much freedom. I can’t travel with you all the time, but I’ll try. For you, I’ll try,” I said as I caressed her face.

“We’ll figure it out. But now,” she jumped up from our bed, “I need to get ready for London. Maybe I’ll text Chantal and let her know I’ll be there?”

“Who’s Chantal?” I asked as I watched my girl walk over to the walk-in closet and take out my old high school gym t-shirt.

“Chantal was the one I met through…” She stopped and I narrowed my eyes.

“Through who?” I hissed.

“I met a man named Sam Turner on the plane ride over to Paris,” she said like it was a natural thing. Like my wife picking up a strange man was completely a natural thing!

“Who the fuck is Sam Turner?” I growled.

“Relax, alpha male. Sam Turner is completely in love with Chantal and vice versa, so why don’t you rein in your testosterone for a minute.” She laughed.

“Addie, you can’t be traveling like you want and meet strange fuckers everywhere. I won’t allow it,” I hissed. Fuck, I was pissed.

“Daimon, you just thoroughly fucked me for, I don't know how many hours,” she said and I grinned. Yes I did. “So please do me the favor and stop being insecure.”

“Says the girl who bit poor Kimberly, the dog walker’s, face off, the first time she was here,” I scoffed.

“That was different,” she snapped.

“Come here.” My voice was low and in control.

“No!” she said defiantly.

“Addie, get your ass here right now!”

“No,” she said, crossing her arms. Before me, Addie wore nothing but my tiny high school gym t-shirt, which rode up just high enough so I could see her beautiful pussy. I licked my lips, anticipating those honey-like juices flowing through down my throat. “Don’t you even think about it, Daimon,” she hissed, but I knew Addie enough to know she wanted it.
