They were subpar at best.

“Yes, and we need to talk about rules too. Ones to keep you healthy because I wouldn’t be a good Daddy if you were exhausted and didn’t get the right nutrition.” That got another drama-filled sigh from the cutie, but I thought I made my point. “And if you don’t want me to sleep over, you need to give me better clues.”

“I liked you staying over, Daddy. I just didn’t think you’d do it.” Giving me a cute kiss on the cheek to make his point, he wiggled and gave me a grin. “Next time you stay over we’ll have morning sex or find a fun game to play if I’m not really big. But now I have to see what I thought about and I have to make muffins. You guys work really early.”

Before I could point out that we were considerate as fuck considering he had the weirdest sleep schedule I’d ever seen, he rolled off me and bounced off the bed. “You can use my shower or my toilet or my coffee machine or anything you need, Daddy.”

And he was off.

I was starting to see why he was usually still in his pajamas when we showed up.

That was fine for him, though. We’d all kind of gotten used to it, but my cousins were not going to get used to seeing me in his pajamas when they got to work.

“Okay, bathroom, see if he has a spare toothbrush, clothes out of the dryer, and find where he’s stashed the coffee machine this time.” It was still moving on a regular basis. “Hmm, after orgasming with him, we’re probably close enough now that I can ask about that.”

It’d seemed rude before, but I wasn’t sure why.

Thinking about it, though, I decided I probably hadn’t wanted to point out that he was weird. But as long as I gave him a kiss and an orgasm, I was pretty sure that wouldn’t be a problem any longer. Terrence seemed to realize he was on the more unique side of the scale.

I was glad about that, and I was glad he had spare toiletries under his sink. They were probably the only things in the house that were in the right place.

That was something else that seemed to be a Daddy job, so I made a mental note to start slowly tackling one problem at a time as I headed downstairs.

“Wow, there’s a notes app on here.” Terrence’s shocked tone echoing through the house had me fighting not to laugh as I made my way downstairs. “Oh, that’s amazing. I’m so smart.”

There wasn’t a damned bit of humility in his entire body.

He did, however, do a wonderful job of playing hide-and-seek with the fucking coffee machine.

“Found it.” Somehow it’d migrated to his downstairs bathroom, but I relocated it to someplace less disgusting and started making coffee in the corner of the kitchen that was technically completely done. “There we go.”

My to-do list had gotten slightly out of order but that was probably because I should’ve put caffeine at the top. “Now clothes.”

Before the guys arrived.

Normally I wouldn’t have worried because it was ridiculously early thanks to Terrence’s excitable bladder and natural curiosity, but my phone had been suspiciously quiet, so I knew they’d show up before too long.

It would’ve been too much to hope otherwise.

Yep, I was right.

They started showing up nearly thirty minutes earlier than usual, but the muffins were done and I was on my second cup of coffee and my third stack of random shit, so I didn’t mind. Terrence probably wouldn’t care either since he was well caffeinated and on his second round of congratulating himself over being smart in his sleep.

“The guys are here.” The thud and quietly whispered “Fuck” coming from Terrence’s office said he’d forgotten that they would show up eventually. “If I’m supposed to be subtle, you need to let me know.”

I thought it was a reasonable question but he made a confused sound and then there was nothing but silence for entirely too long.

“About what? You didn’t penetrate me yet.” Terrence’s logic was amazing as always, but my favorite part about the whole situation was that he managed to time it perfectly.

I’d opened the door just as Orlando made it up to the porch.

My cutie walked out of his office in his dentist jammies and for some reason was looking down the front of his pants, frowning at his penis…or maybe his underwear…it was hard to tell from my angle.

Not laughing at his antics would kill me one day.

Orlando started coughing and giving him a wide-eyed expression that made him look like a cartoon character.

The drama made Terrence sigh as he looked up and frowned. “I’m starting to understand why he always giggles when I walk into a room.”
